The installer was able to recommend ways to save money by careful placement of the sensors. The system they sold has been easy to use and very reassuring to have. Since it had been several years since I had the system set up -- and since I was getting an odd warning beep, I asked them to come out and do a check-up of the whole system. Their technician was thorough and careful, and explained options. I ended up getting a new battery and a replacement sensor for one of the zones.

Read MoreFroula exceeded my expectations throughout the purchasing and installation process. The sales/design process was made very easy. Froula listened to what I wanted, proposed various options, and provided a final bid quickly and I believe at a reasonable price.
The prewire and the final installation was performed by very skilled people. Everything went smoothly including working with my job foreman and the other subs as required. Like all projects, our project schedule changed several times. Froula would periodically check in with us to determine if we were ready for them. If not, they always checked early enough for them to change and accommodate our schedule.
Once the system was set up, I was thoroughly trained to use it. Again, they exceeded my expectations in every way!!

When your schedule person (Jasper) was careful to note the somewhat difficult to find our home, but all information was well noted. His staff person (Willy) had no problem to find us, and even arrived 20 minutes early! He knew the details of our alarm system operations so he had no need to "learn" my complications. He quickly discovered the three issues needed to be correctly, so he just did it! His manner and skills was very, very knowledgeable and notably personable.
