The Magnetic Mounting Base is an additional mounting component for the Outdoor Mounting Kit, expanding the freedom to install our Outdoor MotionViewers on any metal surface and cutting installation time down even further.
Applications/uses:
- Metal siding or framework on and in buildings
- Metal door frames (if protecting entrance points or assets near entrance point)
- Steel containers (exterior for best RF communication between control panel and Outdoor MotionViewer)
- Vehicles in fenced lots. Sometimes putting Outdoor MotionViewers in unexpected places (like the side of a fuel tanker) can turn out to be prime spots for detecting an unsuspecting intruder.
