The two companies have been friendly competitors for years, starting when Vern Nichols, owner of Alarm Experts, and Vince Froula, founder of Froula Alarms, started their respective businesses decades ago in Puget Sound. Both companies provided residential and commercial security, monitoring, fire and CCTV services.

Once Vern made the decision to retire, it only seemed natural for the two companies to join forces under Froula Alarm’s name. Both businesses were built on the same commitment to quality and ethics, so the transition for customers should be seamless.
