Our monitoring station has recently earned the prestigious “Five Diamond Certification”

Froula is pleased to announce that our local U.L. Listed central monitoring station has recently earned the prestigious “Five Diamond Certification” from the Central Station Alarm Association.  This accreditation reflects five points of excellence committed to: random inspections, highest level of customer service, on-going job related training, raising industry standards and reducing false alarms. All the operators have successfully completed the required training and testing, achieving the highest current offering of Level Two Certification, all of this to better serve you, our customers.
